How we value our staff
Our staff arevery valuable to us and we see everybody as an individual, not just as a number. We employ staff from a wide range of backrounds and with different personalities which makes for a a stronger team. You will be supported as a staff member through day-to-day feedback and by having regular meetings with your leader. Training is also of high importance to us and you professional development will be encouraged. Our overall aim is that all our staff team are taking part, happy and content and we believe this is what makes an outstanding setting.
What we expect from you
We are looking for people who are passionate about childcare and who enjoy working with and being around others. You will need to be exceptionally caring towards the children and also be skilled in behaviour management. Childcare centres are very busy environments but you will need to be able to relax and have fun within this. New ideas are great and all our staff can do their bit to improve our expanding company.
